1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PowerLunch services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our meal preparation and delivery services.

2. Service Description

PowerLunch provides daily meal subscription and delivery services in Lahore, Pakistan. We prepare fresh, chef-cooked meals according to your active subscription plan preferences and deliver them to your specified workspace or address.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Subscription plans are billed on a recurring cycle (weekly or monthly).
• You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your customer dashboard.
• Refunds for unused meals are calculated and issued on a pro-rata basis.
• Plan modifications or scheduling changes take effect starting from the next billing cycle.

4. Delivery Policies

• Delivery times are approximate slots and may vary due to traffic, weather, or security routing.
• You must provide accurate delivery details, floor numbers, and contact details.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect or inaccessible address details may not be refunded.
• You may skip or reschedule specific days free of charge with 24 hours notice.

5. Payment Methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) collected by our riders on your first meal delivery of the billing cycle. We also support direct bank transfers. All pricing figures are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include standard local taxation.

6. Food Allergies & Ingredients

While we take strict hygienic precautions and filter ingredients, our central kitchens handle various allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy, soy). If you have life-threatening allergies, please contact us before subscribing. We cannot guarantee completely allergen-free cross-contamination limits.

7. Limitation of Liability

PowerLunch and its operating partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your consumption, scheduling, or use of our catering services.
