How do I pause my subscription?
You can pause your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Go to Account Settings > Subscription and click "Pause Subscription". You can resume whenever you're ready.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across Lahore. Check our coverage map on the homepage or enter your address during signup to confirm delivery availability.
Can I customize my meals for dietary restrictions?
Yes! During signup, you can specify dietary preferences and allergies. Our chefs will ensure your meals meet your requirements.
What time are meals delivered?
Breakfast: 7-10 AM, Lunch: 12-3 PM, Dinner: 7-10 PM. You can specify delivery time preferences in your account settings.
How do I update my delivery address?
Log into your dashboard, go to Account Settings > Delivery Preferences, and update your address. Changes apply to your next delivery.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with a meal, contact us within 24 hours. We'll provide a credit or replacement for your next order.
